Celebration Theater of Lansdowne, PA opens their Fall schedule with “Bunnicula, the Musical“. The production is based on the popular children’s book series about a vampire bunny rabbit taken in by a family that includes two children, a cat and a dog. “For those who know the books, they know how funny the characters are, particularly the dog and cat,” said director Jim Fryer. “To those who don’t know it it’s a very smart play adults will appreciate and with great music.” The production features a 4-foot puppet along with 5 adult actors and two kids. “This show has it all,” Fryer said, “puppetry, magical effects, singing, dancing and humor….with just the right amount of scariness.”

Cast inculdes: Aaron Rose (puppetteer), Paul Recupero (Harold), Dana Corvino (Chester), Chuck DeLong (Mr. Moore), Barbara Bibby (Mrs. Moore), Anna Phillips (Penny) and Zuri Duckett (Toby).
